In the meantime...

Well we have a place to live! We will be renting a condo from a girl that graduated a year ahead of Jon from Barron. We are moving in June 1st. I will be going into Clear Channel on the 29th of May for a "formal offer" and I have the night to decide if I want the job or not.

Jon and I have been staying at Jon's parent house for the past week. His parents have been so wonderful and accomodating to us but we are excited to be into our place next week! Grady has also made some big advancements in the past couple of weeks. Tuesday he rolled over onto his back! I think that it was kind of a fluke but it was exciting either way! I was bummed though because Jon missed it. We have been doing a lot of tummy time since then hoping it will happen again. It still surprises me everyday how strong he is getting. I can't believe how big he is and I wish time would just slow down!

Look at that face!

Grady loves the GiggleBellies. Thanks to cousin Kendall :)

His smiles are getting so big!

Moving up, moving out

Well we were officially moved out of our place in Fond du Lac by 11:30 am on Saturday morning. As we were closing the garage door to leave Jon asked me, "Last chance." I replied, "See ya!" We were so lucky to have my friends from home, Callie and Tyler, pull a trailer up for us as well as Jon's good friend, Luke, pull a trailer as well. We were able to get everything packed up Friday night and Saturday morning and Grandma and Grandpa Bjelland were there Saturday morning to finish up packing and cleaning. It made the process quicker and much easier. It has been quite a long weekend for the little man as well. Grady and I went back to my mom and dad's to spend the week with them and then it's back to Barron until we can get into our place the first of June. I can't say how excited I am to be closer to family and friends. It's so important for family and friends to be involved in our lives and be close to Grady as he grows! Here are a few pictures to catch you all up on the past couple of weeks!

He's pretty good at the "stink eye"!

Smiley Goose.

Grady and Xander. Xander was born 8 1/2 weeks early. It's funny to see the difference in size!

My little tank, Grady Pants :)

Watching a movie with Papa.

Sitting in my bumbo chair for the first time!

Walking around the Mall of America when my Uncle Lyle and cousin Mallory were in town.

I love my blankie!

This has been the longest Jon has been away from the little man and he misses us both very much! This is the video I sent to Jon. Grady misses his daddy!

This mother's day is my very first mother's day and I could not be any more excited! After having Grady it really puts into perspective everything my parents did for me as a child and I am so incredibly grateful to have them as my parents! I would give anything for Grady and I now understand in a whole new light that unconditional love that my parents have for my sister and I!

Happy Mother's Day to all! Enjoy and don't forget to tell those that you love how you feel!
